PAXI Parcel Cover

Our policyholders work and live far from their loved ones and often need to send something of value to their families by way of a parcel service. PAXI Parcel Cover underwritten by Abacus refunds our policyholder's losses in the unfortunate event of their precious parcel being lost, totally destroyed or stolen.

Paxi Parcel Cover covers a single parcel against total loss or theft (not damage). Any parcel dropped within 7 days from the date of voucher purchase will be covered. Limited to 1 insurance voucher per claim per parcel. Payable in cash to the person who bought the cover.

Should you need to claim, provide the voucher number, parcel number and email address. Once the claim is approved, payment will be made in 48 hours.
